What is your returns policy?

We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt for UK customers and 21 days for international customers. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no marks or signs of wear. We suggest that you try shoes with tights or pop socks to prevent any marks, and walk on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffs to the soles. Where the soles have a protective film, this must be intact and in perfect condition. Items must be in their original packaging with no marks or damage.

Exclusions

Regrettably we are unable to accept the return of dyed items, bespoke items or made to order items. Please see our full terms and conditions regarding these items.

Please ensure that you complete the returns form including your name, order number and reason for the return within the parcel. Where an exchange is required, please also include the details of the new item required.

The cost of return postage and loss or damage of any items returned to us is your responsibility. Therefore we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.

Can I return an item from outside the UK?

We are happy to accept returns from outside the UK within 21 days of receipt of the order. Please ensure that you complete the returns form including your name, order number and reason for the return within the parcel. Where an exchange is required, please also include the details of the new item required.

To return your order, you must attach the original commercial invoice to the outside of the package and it must be clearly marked with ‘RETURN’. This ensures that UK customs do not charge import duty. Failure to do this may result in customs charges that you will be responsible for. Where duty is charged, we will refuse delivery of the parcel.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will refund any money using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase. Once we have processed the refund, it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to clear back in to your account. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been processed.

What if I want to exchange my shoes?

If you require an exchange of size or style, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and will also be required to make an additional postage payment to cover the cost of the exchanged item being sent out to you. The cost of postage for the exchanged item will depend on the Country the goods are being shipped to, please refer to our delivery charges.

We aim to process an exchange within 3 working days of receiving the return. Once processed, delivery times will be as originally stated (5-7 days for UK and 7-10 days for non UK).

Will I be charged a restocking fee for my return?

No you will not be charged any re-stocking fee for returns.

What if I want to return my shoes after 14 days?

Return requests outside of the specified 14 day time frame are accepted only at the discretion of Love Lane Boutique. Shoes returned after 14 days without the prior approval of Love Lane Boutique will be returned to sender.
